Can I place my graduation order online?

Yes, online ordering will be available on our website www.northwaygrad.com. In-school items (pullover hoodie, package items, etc.) from online orders should be picked up on Senior Celebration day(s). Orders should be placed at least 24 hours before your celebration day. Anything not picked up will be left in the main office. Orders placed after your in-school Celebration Day will receive all items in the spring.

Will my student be measured at school for cap and gown?

No, only an approximate height and weight is needed for cap and gown and should be filled in on the form ahead of time or entered online if placing an order on our website. Your sales rep will estimate height/weight at time of order if necessary.

Am I able to order just the cap, gown, and tassel?

Yes, if you're ordering online, just choose "No Thanks" to the packages on the first page, click past the next couple of pages of products until you get to the required Cap and Gown section. Choose "Cap, Gown, Tassel" only. You DO NOT have to pay shipping/handling if only ordering the cap, gown, and tassel unit.

When will I receive the rest of my order?

If you order online before your Senior Celebration in-school day, everything marked with a * on the forms should be picked up that day. Anything not picked up at school will be left at school for pickup (main office, with adviser, etc). Orders placed online AFTER your in-school day will be delivered to school in the spring. The ONLY way to receive those in-school items for your senior to use during the whole year is to either order online BEFORE your in-school day or at school that day. Think of your in-school day as the order deadline.

Here's some more details about when you'll get your order:

• Items marked with a * on the flyers (says "receive on your Senior Celebration Day") can only be picked up at school if you order BEFORE your in-school day or AT SCHOOL on your day. All orders placed after your in-school day will be delivered in the spring-no exceptions!
• Announcements, name cards, thank you notes, and other paper products will ship to SCHOOL and will be passed out to you in late winter-spring.
• T-shirts (other than those given out on order day), shorts, and diploma frames will ship to SCHOOL and will be passed out in late winter-spring.
• Crewnecks and sweatpants will ship home in about 2 weeks after your in-school order day(aka deadline).

• Caps, gowns, and tassels (including any extra tassels styles) will ship to SCHOOL starting in May and are typically not passed out by the school until June.
